Easy Steps to Maintain Mental Health
1. Control your emotions
Learn not to be easily offended by what someone says, take what they say, and take the positives.

When there is a void of time or you start to feel bored with that activity, then you can fill the time by trying new things alone or with your friends.

Telling stories to people you trust can reduce the burden you are carrying.
